    El presente escrito analiza algunos lineamientos de la teoría hegeliana del reconocimiento y sus diferentes contextos a la luz de la cuestión del derecho natural y el estado de naturaleza. Específicamente, nos referiremos a los siguientes escritos: el Sistema de la Eticidad, la Filosofía del Espíritu, la Fenomenología del Espíritu y la Filosofía del Derecho.

    This paper analyzes some guidelines of the Hegelian theory of recognition and its different contexts in light of the issue of natural law and the state of nature. Specifically, we will refer to the following writings: the System of Ethics, the Philosophy of the Spirit, the Phenomenology of the Spirit and the Philosophy of Law.
