    El siguiente documento trata de describir el proceso de constitución de un grupo terapéutico para púberes entre 12 y 14 años iniciado en el Centro de Salud Mental de Getafe en noviembre de 2022. Durante la fase previa al nacimiento del grupo, se deberán tomar múltiples decisiones sobre la estructura de este (encuadre, perfil de pacientes, objetivos, evaluación de resultados, etc.) y poner en marcha acciones que marcarán la identidad y el buen curso del grupo. Este proceso, es más complejo de lo que a priori podría parecer y se realiza a lo largo de varias semanas e incluso meses, conllevando para las terapeutas del grupo gran inversión de tiempo, múltiples reflexiones, recopilación de información, consulta de bibliografía, realización de entrevistas previas, etc. También se describirá cómo algunas de las primeras sesiones del grupo confirman o desconfirman las expectativas iniciales, surgiendo ya desde las primeras sesiones imprevistos y/o dificultades.

    The following document tries to describe the process of establishing a therapeutic group for adolescents between 12 and 14 years old, started at the Getafe Mental Health Center in November 2022. During the phase prior to the birth of the group, multiple decisions must be made about the structure of this (framing, patient profile, objectives, evaluation of results, etc.) and implement actions that will mark the identity and good progress of the group. This process is more complex than it might seem a priori and is carried out over several weeks and even months, entailing a great investment of time for the therapists in the group, multiple reflections, information gathering, bibliography consultation, carrying out previous interviews, etc. It will also describe how some of the first sessions of the group confirm or deconfirm the initial expectations, arising from the first unforeseen sessions and/or difficulties.
