    En este artículo buscamos analizar los posibles problemas de la oferta y la aceptación de los contratos inteligentes en la cadena de bloques. De esta manera, explicaremos brevemente qué es blockchain y cuál es su relación con los contratos inteligentes. A continuación explicaremos las diferencias entre los contratos electrónicos y los contratos inteligentes en cuanto a la oferta y la aceptación. Adyacentemente, profundizaremos en las diferentes interpretaciones jurídicas del Código de Comercio de Colombia. Finalmente, brindaremos algunas soluciones utilizando una combinación de implementaciones tecnológicas y legales.

    In this article, we seek to analyze the possible problems of the offer and the acceptance of the smart contracts on the blockchain. In this manner, we will explain briefly what is blockchain and what is its relationship with the smart contracts. Then we will explain the differences between the electronic contracts and the smart contracts regarding the offer and the acceptance. Adjacently, we will delve into the different legal interpretations of the Commercial Code of Colombia. Finally, we will provide some solutions using a combination of technological and law implementations.
