    En este trabajo se analiza el intento de ejecución de un acto administrativo español en Italia por medio del Reglamento EU 1215/2012, que excluye de su ámbito de aplicación la materia administrativa. Se refiere y estudia asimismo el itinerario judicial seguido en la jurisdicción italiana y española, evidenciando la confusión y problemas que puede originar la consideración de un acto administrativo como título ejecutivo civil o mercantil.

    In this work we analyze the attempt to execute a Spanish administrative act in Italy through EU Regulation 1215/2012, which excludes administrative matters from its scope of application. Also, the judicial itinerary followed in the Italian and Spanish jurisdiction is referred and studied in this article, evidencing the confusion and different problems that can arise from considering an administrative act as a civil or commercial executive title.
