    La presente investigación adquiere una relevancia especifica en el contexto financiero actual, debido a que se analizan recurrentemente las empresas cada año, están presentan varios desafíos no solo en lo comercial sino también en al ámbito fiscal y financiero, incluyendo los cambios de política tributaria y las fluctuaciones en los mercados, comprender cómo la Empresa Gasolinera el Aguador de la Ciudad de Machala aborda estos desafíos a través de la planificación financiera es un punto clave facilitando prácticas financieras eficientes y aplicables a otras organizaciones similares. El Objetivo general es “Desarrollar una planificación financiera mediante estrategia fiscal, en la Empresa Gasolinera El Aguador en la Ciudad de Machala, promoviendo así la eficiencia en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias y maximizando la rentabilidad de la entidad, con responsabilidad y ética profesional” A través del siguiente proyecto la empresa sabrá como realiza una planificación estratégica eficiente y eficazmente para poder alcázar la rentabilidad esperada que contribuirá al fortalecimiento de su posición competitiva y la generación de conocimiento valioso para el ámbito empresarial y académico que se fundamenta en la planificación financiera y tributaria de manera que esta pueda realizarse eficientemente, que llegara a contribuir a la reducción de carga fiscal y gastos fijos como variables y mejorar significativamente la rentabilidad que faciliten la toma de decisiones adecuadas en la empresa.

    This research acquires a specific relevance in the current financial context, due to the fact that companies are recurrently analyzed every year, they present several challenges not only commercially but also in the fiscal and financial spheres, including changes in tax policy and fluctuations in the markets, understand how the Gas Station Company El Aguador of the City of Machala addresses these challenges through financial planning is a key point facilitating valuable lessons and good financial practices that are efficient and applicable to other similar organizations in the province. The general objective is "To develop financial planning through a tax strategy, in the El Aguador Gas Station Company in the City of Machala, thus promoting efficiency in the fulfillment of tax obligations and maximizing the profitability of the entity, with responsibility and professional ethics" Through the following project, the company will know how to carry out efficient and effective strategic planning in order to achieve the expected profitability that will contribute to the strengthening of its competitive position and the generation of valuable knowledge for the business and academic spheres which is based on financial and tax planning so that it can be carried out efficiently, which will contribute to the reduction of tax burden and fixed expenses as variables and significantly improve profitability that facilitates appropriate decision-making in the company.
