    La protección de la niñez en el ámbito de los derechos humanos se enfoca en la justificación de la protección reforzada para las Niñas, Niños y Adolescentes (NNA) en contextos de peligro, lo que genera la necesidad de escudriñar, los sistemas que lo protegen, destacando la evolución del bloque de regularidad constitucional como elemento de referencia que tienen los estados para garantizar la protección más amplia a este por lo que se enlista la contribución del presente trabajo. Se destaca la importancia de considerar a las NNA como un grupo de atención prioritaria y se presentan los principios fundamentales que los Estados deben aplicar para garantizar su protección, incluyendo el principio del Interés Superior de la Niñez. Finalmente. Se enfatiza la necesidad de constitucionalizar los estándares internacionales de protección de la niñez para garantizar que los derechos de los niños sean respetados y protegidos Y se contribuye a la comprensión de la protección de la niñez en el ámbito de los derechos humanos y destacar la importancia de implementar medidas efectivas para garantizar su bienestar y desarrollo.

    The protection of children in the field of human rights focuses on the justification of reinforced protection for Children and Adolescents (NNA) in dangerous contexts, which generates the need to scrutinize the systems that protect them, highlighting the evolution of the block of constitutional regularity as a reference element that states have to guarantee the broadest protection to it, which is why the contribution of this work is listed. The importance of considering children and adolescents as a priority group is highlighted and the fundamental principles that States must apply to guarantee their protection are presented, including the principle of the Best Interest of Children. Finally. The need to constitutionalize international child protection standards is emphasized to guarantee that the rights of boys and girls are respected and protected. And it contributes to the understanding of the protection of children in the field of human rights and highlights the importance of implementing effective measures to guarantee their well-being and development.
