    Nos hemos dado cuenta que en la UNAN sí se hace investigación, innovación y emprendeurismo, pero de manera aislada, sin una planificación estratégica. Ha sido producto de iniciativas individuales antes que institucionales. Nos hemos dado cuenta de que no existen indicadores que cualifiquen o cuantifiquen estas acciones. Hasta el año pasado no contábamos con un fondo presupuestario para gestionar estas variables a implantar. No hemos potenciado las fortalezas que tenemos como institución, no hemos aprovechado las relaciones de la Universidad con el sector investigativo estatal, como el INTA, el MAGFOR, MARENA, MINSA, ENERGÍA y MINAS, igual nos ha pasado con el sector empresarial (Sector privado), no hemos aprovechado la Internacionalización para efectos de la Universalización. Creo que estas debilidades han dado paso a este Modelo Conceptual que propone Pedroza, estrategia al que me sumo para avanzar en la Calidad, avanzar en concebirlo como un sistema, avanzar para la práctica inter, multi y transdisciplinaria y sobre todo: CON IMPACTO SOCIAL Y CON ROSTRO HUMANO.

    We have realized that UNAN practices research, innovation and entrepreneurship  done, but in isolation, without strategic planning; it has been the result of individual initiatives rather than institutional, we have realized that there are no indicators that qualify and / or quantify these actions, and  until last year we did not have a financial background to manage these variables to implement. We have not enhanced the strengths we have as an institution, we have not taken advantage of the relations between the university and the state research sector, as the INTA, MAGFOR, MARENA, MINSA, Energy and Mines, as happened to us with the business sector (Private Sector) We have not taken the Internationalization for effects of globalization. I think that these weaknesses have given way to this conceptual model proposed by Pedroza, whose strategy I join to advance the Quality, advance conceive it as a system for advancing inter, multi and transdisciplinary practice and above all: WITH SOCIAL IMPACT AND WITH A HUMAN FACE.
