    Este ensayo presenta los resultados del análisis de la irrupción de las Tecnologías de Información y Comunicación en el proceso de educación en las Instituciones de Educación Superior. Se hace una reflexión de las nuevas estrategias que se utilizan en los salones de clase como el uso de móviles, aulas invertidas o tareas colaborativas retadoras que no sean lineales, sino resolución de casos donde se relacionan con la familia y la comunidad. Se comenta el movimiento STEM. La base ontológica de la investigación sobre Estrategias Educativas se encuentra sustentada en la Teoría Critica, el fundamento epistemológico general es la Teoría Socio-Constructivismo y matizada con elementos de la Educación Popular. La epistemología especifica del estudio se basó en Nicholas C. Burbules, Michael Fullan y Carina Lion. Asimismo, el enfoque metodológico se apoya en la Teoría de Redes Complejas, Teoría de Grafos, investigación bibliográfica, entre otros. Se finaliza con las perspectivas de las actitudes y aptitudes esperadas en los profesionales en el contexto globalizado y con una pandemia sin precedentes, además los aportes del estudio al ámbito de la educación y social.

    This essay presents the results of the analysis of the irruption of Information and Communication Technologies in the process of education in Higher Education Institutions. A reflection is made of the new strategies that are used in the classrooms such as the use of mobiles, flipped classrooms, or challenging collaborative tasks that are not linear, but the resolution of cases where they relate to the family and the community. The STEM movement is discussed. The ontological basis of the research on Educational Strategies is based on the Critical Theory, the general epistemological foundation is the Socio-Constructivism Theory and is nuanced with elements of Popular Education. The specific epistemology of the study was based on Nicholas C. Burbules, Michael Fullan, and Carina Lion. Likewise, the methodological approach is based on complex network theory, graph theory, bibliographic research, among others. It ends with the perspectives of the attitudes and skills expected in professionals in the globalized context and with an unprecedented pandemic, in addition to the contributions of the study to the field of education and society.
