    Les circumstàncies que han acompanyat l’antiga Ràdio Andorra han propiciat que esdevingui l’únic patrimoni radiofònic amb tecnologia dels anys trenta conservat arreu del món. Els reptes professionals afrontats durant vuit anys amb aquest llegat tan singular són un exemple d’adaptació a la manca de formació específica en els plans d’estudi en qüestions de patrimoni industrial. En conseqüència, la mateixa feina és la que et reclama cercar solucions, et guia per on has d’anar i et dona expertesa. Aquest article parlarà d’inventariar béns radiofònics, de com trobar l’equilibri entre desamiantar i conservar i, finalment, de restaurar patrimoni tècnic, concretament, l’emissor SFR del 1939.

    The circumstances surrounding Radio Andorra have made it the only radio heritage with technology of 1930 preserved in the entire world. The professional challenges faced during eight years with this unique legacy are an example of adaptation to the lack of specific training in curricula on industrial heritage issues. Consequently, the work itself leads you to look for solutions, it guides you in the right direction and gives you expertise. This article is about inventorying radio assets, how to find the balance between removing asbestos and preserving, and about restoring technical heritage, namely the 1939 SFR transmitter
