    Las pulpectomías son tratamientos que generan un gran desafío para el Odontopediatra, no solo por la dificultad en cuanto a la morfología de las raíces en las piezas deciduas, sino también por el tiempo de trabajo extendido de esta práctica, con la introducción de los sistemas rotatorios en dentición decidua se ha optimizado las preparaciones, facilitando la limpieza de los conductos y mejorado el tiempo de trabajo. El objetivo de la presente revisión bibliográfica es conocer los principales sitemas mecanizados para realizar pulpectomías en dentición decidua y las especificaciones de cada uno de ellos, así como las consideraciones a tener en cuenta una vez que se elija cualquier sistema rotatorio para odontopediatría. Revisión realizada en el año 2023, donde se analizó 40 artículos científicos de los principales sistemas rotatorios en odontopediatria, concluyendo que los sistemas rotatorios poseen gran ventaja por sobre los manuales en tiempo, riesgo de fractura y desinfeccion, siendo los mejores los diseñados especificamente para odontopediatria como: Kendo-S, AF Baby Rotary, Endogal Kids, Pro AF Baby Gold.

    Pulpectomies are treatments that generate a great challenge for the Pediatric Dentist, not only because of the difficulty in terms of the morphology of the roots in the deciduous teeth, but also because of the extended work time of this practice, with the introduction of rotary systems. In deciduous dentition, preparations have been optimized, facilitating the cleaning of the canals and improving work time. The objective of this bibliographic review is to know the main mechanized systems for performing pulpectomies in deciduous dentition and the specifications of each of them, as well as the considerations to take into account once we choose any rotary system for pediatric dentistry. Review carried out in 2023, where 40 scientific articles on the main rotary systems in pediatric dentistry were analyzed, concluding that rotary systems have a great advantage over manual ones in time, risk of fracture and disinfection, the best being those designed specifically for pediatric dentistry such as: Kendo-S, AF Baby Rotary, Endogal Kids, Pro AF Baby Gold.
