    El objetivo de la presente investigación fue construir y validar las propiedades psicométricas de un instrumento que evalúa la violencia autoinfligida en adolescentes. Para esto, se realizó la revisión teórica para definir el constructo base, se elaboró la Escala de Violencia Autoinflingida en Adolescentes, con 40 ítems distribuidos en 6 factores; 1, Influencia interpersonal (9 ítems); 2, Autocastigo (12 ítems); 3, Antisuicidio (5 ítems); 4, Sexual (1 ítem); 5, Regulación de afecto (5 ítems); y 6, Disociación (8 ítems); optando por un tipo de respuesta Likert de cinco opciones de respuesta. Fue administrado a 473 adolescentes escolares de un colegio público de la ciudad de Juliaca. Para evaluar la validez de contenido, el instrumento fue sometido al criterio de 6 jueces expertos, cuyos resultados fueron procesados mediante el coeficiente V de Aiken, con intérvalos de confianza al 99% y un valor Z=2.58, con un criterio liberal. Para evaluar la validez de constructo, se hizo mediante el Análisis Factorial Exploratorio, utilizando el método de máxima verosimilitud con rotación oblimin; luego, se procedió con el Análisis Factorial Confirmatorio y el ajuste respectivo para obtener medidas de ajuste dentro del rango aceptable. Finalmente, se obtuvo la confiabilidad por consistencia interna mediante los coeficientes alfa y omega. Los resultados indican que el instrumento obtuvo un V de Aiken=0.975[IC99% 0.696]; además de un valor de Esfericidad de Barlett de p<0.001, KMO=0.975, varianza analizada de 62.5%, CFI=0.979; TLI=0.972; SRMR=0.0272; RMSEA=0.0557; por último, se adquirieron resultados de confiabilidad α=0.951 [IC 95% 0.947-0.955] y ω=0.954 [IC 95% 0.948-0.960]

    The aim of this research was to build and validate the psychometric properties of an instrument that assesses self-inflicted violence in adolescents. For this, the theoretical review was carried out to define the base construct, the Scale of Self-inflicted Violence in Adolescents was elaborated, with 40 items distributed in 6 factors; 1, Interpersonal influence (9 items); 2, Self-punishment (12 items); 3, Antisuicide (5 items); 4, Sexual (1 item); 5, Regulation of affect (5 items); and 6, Dissociation (8 items); opting for a Likert response type of five response options. It was administered to 473 school adolescents from a public school in the city of Juliaca. To assess content validity, the instrument was subjected to the criteria of 6 expert judges, whose results were processed using Aiken's V coefficient, with 99% confidence intervals and a Z value=2.58, with a liberal criterion. To evaluate the construct validity, it was done through Exploratory Factor Analysis, using the method of maximum likelihood with oblimin rotation; then, the Confirmatory Factor Analysis and the respective adjustment were carried out to obtain adjustment measures within the acceptable range. Finally, the reliability by internal consistency was obtained through the alpha and omega coefficients. The results indicate that the instrument obtained Aiken's V=0.975[IC99% 0.696]; in addition to a Barlett's Sphericity value of p<0.001, KMO=0.975, analyzed variance of 62.5%, CFI=0.979; TLI=0.972; SRMR=0.0272; RMSEA=0.0557; Finally, reliability results α=0.951 [95% CI 0.947-0.955] and ω=0.954 [95% CI 0.948-0.960] were acquired.
