    El presente artículo tiene por finalidad determinar aquellos factores que caracterizan los emprendimientos en la elaboración y venta de detergente artesanal en la ciudad de Pilar, con los objetos específicos: - Conocer que estrategias de producción y comercialización implementan los productores de estos artículos -Identificar la estrategia de mantenimiento de clientes que utilizan. - Conocer el perfil del emprendedor/a artesanal de detergente y Conocer cuáles son las oportunidades y amenazas que percibe en el mercado. El tipo de investigación desarrollado en este trabajo es analítico – descriptivo, con   enfoque cuali - cuantitativo: puesto que además de comprender situaciones y comportamientos de los trabajadores informales desde la perspectiva subjetiva, desde el interior; así mismo también se busca describir con propiedad las situaciones observadas con relación al problema que está siendo investigado, y se inclina a comprender valores intereses y necesidades de los trabajadores, se presentará datos estadísticos que requiere la investigación. La población a ser estudiada en la presente investigación comprende a los trabajadores dedicados a la elaboración de detergente, en la ciudad de Pilar, años 2023-2024

    The purpose of this article is to determine those factors that characterize the ventures in the production and sale of artisanal detergent in the city of Pilar, with the specific objects: - Know what production and marketing strategies the producers of these items implement - Identify the strategy of maintenance of clients that use. - Know the profile of the artisanal detergent entrepreneur and know what opportunities and threats they perceive in the market. The type of research developed in this work is analytical - descriptive, with a qualitative - quantitative approach: since in addition to understanding situations and behaviors of informal workers from the subjective perspective, from the inside; Likewise, it also seeks to properly describe the situations observed in relation to the problem being investigated, and is inclined to understand the values, interests and needs of the workers, statistical data required by the investigation will be presented. The population to be studied in this research includes workers dedicated to the production of detergent, in the city of Pilar, years 2023-2024.
