    Este artículo realiza un análisis de la historia política indonesia centrada principalmente en la relación entre Estado e Islam desde 1945 a 2008. Este aspecto es esencial para comprender la actual tendencia cambiante en esa difícil relación. Así en primer lugar se mostrará cuales son los principales bloques políticos en Indonesia para después mostrar los hechos más importantes en la relación Islam-Estado en Indonesia. El objetivo no es otro sino mostrar como existe un intento por parte de los grupos islamistas de cambiar la base constitucional del Estado indonesio establecida en 1945.

    This article analyses the political history of Indonesia focused on the relationship between the State and Islam since 1945 until 2008. This factor is paramount to understand the changing evolution of that difficult relation. First, I will show the main political groups in Indonesia and afterwards I will explain the most important facts in the relationship between Islam and the State in Indonesia. The aim is to highlight the desire of the Islamic groups to change the constitutional base of the State established in 1945.
