    Se lleva a cabo una indagación sobre los Bienes de Interés Cultural con categoría de monumento que se hallan en La Manga de San Javier. Se encuentran concentrados en La Manga Norte, concretamente en las zonas de Veneziola y El Estacio.Se lleva a cabo, por tanto, un recorrido por dicho territorio, con una revisión de la historia que permita entender el origen de estos bienes, así como el devenir que han tenido para llegar a la situación en la que se hallan en este momento.En base al reconocimiento de los valores patrimoniales, culturales, ambientales, paisajísticos, y teniendo en cuenta los condicionantes existentes por el elevado desarrollo urbanístico de la zona, se establece una serie de propuestas basadas en la recuperación de dicho patrimonio cultural, aunque no únicamente centradas en larehabilitación o reconstrucción, virtual y arquitectónica. A través del conocimiento de su historia se establece una contextualización con elementos próximos de modo que se produzca un encaje que justifique y realce el interés y el valor del patrimonio cultural existente y reconocido con la categoría de monumentos. Se buscaponer a La Manga de San Javier en una línea marcada por el respeto, atención y potenciación de su riqueza patrimonial y cultural, que permita dejar un legado del que se puedan beneficiar generaciones venideras.

    An inquiry is carried out on the Assets of Cultural Interest with thecategory of monument that are in La Manga de San Javier. They are concentrated in La Manga Norte, specifically in the areas of Veneziola and El Estacio. Therefore, a tour of this territory is carried out, with a review of the history that allows us to understand the origin of these assets, as well as the evolution they have had toreach the situation in which they are at the moment.Based on the recognition of heritage, cultural, environmental, landscape values, and taking into account the existing conditioning factors due to the high urban development of the area, a series of proposals are established based on the recovery of this cultural heritage, although not only focused on rehabilitation or reconstruction, virtual and architectural. Through knowledge of its history, a contextualization is established with nearby elements so that a fit is produced that justifies and enhances the interest and value of the existing cultural heritage and recognized with the category of monuments. The aim is to put La Manga de San Javier in a line marked by respect, attention and enhancement of its heritage and cultural wealth, which allows leaving a legacy from which future generations can benefit.
