  El ritmo de los cambios en el mundo empresarial disparados por la competencia global y la revolución de las innovaciones tecnológicas en todas las áreas del conocimiento, ha conllevado a un incremento sustancial de los usuarios de la información financiera y no financiera. La dinámica del entorno de la llamada “Era de la Información o del Conocimiento”, ha transformado los puntos de vista y necesidades sobre la información contable. Exigiéndole que refleje explícitamente los principales elementos generadores de los beneficios de las organizaciones, principalmente los incluidos dentro de los activos intangibles, destacándose el Factor Humano, reflejado (en cierta medida) en el Capital Intelectual de la organización. En el escenario actual, disponer de este conocimiento ha alcanzado una relevancia estratégica para la organización, constituyendo según estudiosos del tema verdaderas ventajas competitivas. Por ello, el establecimiento de mecanismos u modelos para la gestión de este importante recurso ha constituido objeto de estudio de innumerables investigaciones interdisciplinares. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo identificar las tendencias actuales acerca de la Gestión del Conocimiento y de la Gestión del Capital Intelectual y su integración con los Sistemas de Gestión de Información.

  The rhythm of the changes in the managerial world shot by the global competition and the revolution of the technological innovations in all the areas of the knowledge, it has borne to a substantial increment of the users of the financial and not financial information. The dynamics of the environment of the call was "of the Information or of the Knowledge", it has transformed the points of view and necessities about the countable information. Demanding him that it reflects the main generating elements of the benefits of the organizations explicitly, mainly those included inside the intangible assets, standing out the Human, reflected Factor (in certain measure) in the Intellectual Capital of the organization. In the current scenario, to have this knowledge has reached a strategic relevance for the organization, constituting according to studious of the topic true competitive advantages. For it, the establishment of mechanisms or models for the administration of this important resource has constituted object of study of countless investigations interdisciplinares. The present work has as objective to identify the current tendencies about the Administration of the Knowledge and of the Administration of the Intellectual Capital and its integration with the Systems of Administration of Information.
