    A partir de una etnografía virtual, este trabajo analiza la importancia concedida al cuerpo en los discursos y producciones audiovisuales de jóvenes indígenas de Brasil en redes sociales y se pretende rastrear las instancias culturales que inspiran este contenido. De este modo, se estudia la forma en la que se vive, se representa y se construye el cuerpo indígena mostrado a través de internet. Se reflexiona acerca de cómo lo indígena en Brasil, a pesar de la diversidad que engloba, ha conseguido crear en las redes sociales un sello de autenticidad que tiene por objetivo compatibilizar ancestralidad y modernidad. La labor de estos perfiles y todo su esfuerzo comunicativo tienen como meta responder a las violencias y los prejuicios soportados durante siglos desde la mirada colonial y divulgar su cultura mientras ganan autonomía y ocupan nuevos espacios a través de una fisicalidad que acentúa la diferenciación y su vinculación con el otro

    By using a virtual ethnography, this research considers the importance given to the body during the speeches and audiovisual representations produced by indigenous young people from Brazil in social media. Furthermore, this article interprets the cultural instances that inspire this content. In that sense, it is also analyzed the way that the indigenous body displayed through the internet is lived, represented and built. It reflects on how the indigenous in Brazil, despite the diversity it involves, has attempted to create in social media a seal of authenticity that aims to reconcile ancestry and modernity. The work of these profiles and all their communicative efforts aim to respond to the violence and prejudice endured for centuries from the colonial gaze and to expand their culture while they gain autonomy and occupy new spaces through a physicality that accentuates differentiation and facilitates their bonding with the other.
