La presente investigación se planteó con el objetivo de diseñar un modelo de negocio para el desarrollo de una marca de café especial en el municipio de Cucutilla, Norte de Santander, dentro este contexto se empleó un enfoque mixto descriptivo empleando un diseño exploratorio secuencial (DEPLOX), de igual manera se utilizó metodologías agiles de desarrollo de un producto estratégico de la región de Cucutilla, donde se visualizó e identifico nuevos módulos que cubre cuatro áreas principales de un negocio que son clientes, oferta, infraestructuras y viabilidad económica, así mismo se desarrolló la matriz DOFA, que pueden generar impactos positivos o negativos al modelo negocio, seguidamente se realiza la validación en el mercado de estos aspectos, hasta el punto de desarrollar un Producto Mínimo Viable (MVP).En este sentido se puede concluir que el modelo de negocio es viable y que puede proporcionar una fuente de ingresos significativa para estas once familias y de igual manera a la región.
AIn the dynamic context of an organization, it is difficult to establish or delineate a single leadership typology that manages organizational processes and comprehensively addresses organizational needs. That is why level 5 leadership is so important, as it contributes to promoting the long-term sustainable success of the organization through its qualities, not only in individual improvement in terms of the performance achieved, but also in integration into effective teams that adapt to change and transform the organization into a shared culture. For these aspects, this study is oriented towards a quantitative and positivist paradigm, a descriptive analytical study, non-experimental field design, with 50 managers of mixed oil companies in he west of the country, especially in the Zulia region. The collection of opinions had theadministrative presence in the municipalities of Maracaibo and San Francisco, using a 24-item instrument evaluated by the experience of 10 professionals and a reliability of 94%, the information was interpreted using inferential statistics. The results showed that Level 5 leadership in the organizations studied is more than just applying its characteristics to achieve personal success; its actions are integrated into work teams so that together they can contribute to sustainability and adapt to change, with a positive and resilient organizational culture considering the dynamics of the business environment.
