Resumen de Acompañamiento en el espacio de práctica Preprofesional de la formación de magisterio y educación física de Uruguay. Una construcción colectiva

  En este artículo se presentan hallazgos preliminares que resultan de una investigación sobre la práctica preprofesional realizada en dos instituciones educativas de Uruguay. El objetivo del estudio se enfoca en las necesidades y dificultades que presentan los acompañantes en los procesos de práctica docente y que impactan o afectan en la guía y acompañamiento del desarrollo de la misma. La detección de dichas necesidades al interior de las instituciones permitió visualizar y comprender estas problemáticas en el contexto real donde son producidas. Se trata de una indagación de corte cualitativo  y la técnica de recolección de datos empleada es la entrevista semiestructurada. Los datos obtenidos permiten evaluar las necesidades reales de los docentes y contrastarlas con los requerimientos institucionales de la formación docente del país. A partir de los aportes surgidos de los datos y su posterior análisis, se hizo un diagnóstico de la realidad educativa, el cual posibilita dar continuidad a la indagación.

  This article presents preliminary findings resulting from research on pre-professional practice carried out in two educational institutions in Uruguay. The objective of the study focuses on the needs and difficulties that accompanying teachers present in the processes of teaching practice and that impact or affect the guidance and accompaniment of the development of the same. The detection of these needs within the institutions made it possible to visualize and understand these problems in the real context where they are produced. This is a qualitative inquiry and the data collection technique used is the semi-structured interview. The data obtained make it possible to evaluate the real needs of teachers and to contrast them with the institutional requirements of teacher training in the country. Based on the contributions arising from the data and their subsequent analysis, a diagnosis of the educational reality was made, which makes it possible to give continuity to the inquiry.
