Perspectiva antropológica como condición de posibilidad para la construcción del ethos universitario

    El presente artículo propone una perspectiva antropológica para la construcción del ethos universitario a partir de un enfoque hermenéutico, que tiene en cuenta, primero, las reflexiones filosóficas de Theodor W. Adorno, en su texto “Educación después de Auschwitz” (1998) y, segundo, las críticas realizadas por Michel Foucault a los sistemas de poder dominantes, así como al proyecto de la Ilustración, en escritos como “¿Qué es la Ilustración?” (1994), La hermenéutica del sujeto (2011) y La verdad y las formas jurídicas (1983). Con fundamento en lo anterior, por un lado, se da cuenta de la construcción de ciertos ethos universitario –configurados, en ocasiones, por relaciones de poder, dominación y sujeción– permeados por estructuras hegemónicas inmersas en modelos socioeconómicos. Y por otro, se sugieren nuevas maneras de conformar los ethos universitarios a partir de una perspectiva antropológica contextual.

    This article proposes an anthropological perspective for the construction of the university ethos based on a hermeneutic approach, which takes into account, first, the philosophical reflections of Theodor W. Adorno, in his text "Education after Auschwitz" (1998) and, second, the criticisms made by Michel Foucault to the dominant power systems, as well as to the Enlightenment project, in writings such as "What is the Enlightenment?" (1994), The Hermeneutics of the Subject (2011) and Truth and Legal Forms (1983). Based on the above, on the one hand, the construction of certain university ethos -configured, at times, by relations of power, domination and subjection- permeated by hegemonic structures immersed in socioeconomic models is accounted for. On the other hand, it suggests new ways of shaping university ethos from a contextual anthropological perspective.
