Resumen de La cultura política comunista: un fenómeno poliédrico, complejo y conflictivo

  El presente artículo tiene como objetivo analizar críticamente el impacto que ha tenido la introducción de los estudios sobre la cultura política en la producción científica referida a la historia del comunismo, lo que ha permitido cuestionar los estereotipos dominantes durante la Guerra Fría. Las aportaciones realizadas en los campos de la historia y las ciencias sociales, pese a su diversidad de enfoques y metodologías, han permitido desechar la imagen del movimiento comunista como una entidad invariable, monolítica y esencialmente distópica, que habría sido condenada por la dinámica natural de la realidad histórica. Al mismo tiempo, se señalarán también las limitaciones que, a juicio de los autores, manifiestan muchas de estas propuestas renovadoras y se propondrán claves interpretativas que podrían favorecer el desarrollo de los estudios sobre el comunismo como ámbito de diálogo interdisciplinar.

  The objective of this article is to critically analyze the impact that the introduction of studies on political culture has had on the scientific production referred to the history of communism, which has allowed us to question the dominant stereotypes during the Cold War. The contributions made in the fields of history and social sciences, despite their diversity of approaches and methodologies, have made it possible to discard the image of the communist movement as an invariable, monolithic and essentially dystopian entity, which would have been condemned by the natural dynamics of the historical reality. At the same time, the limitations that, in the opinion of the authors, manifest many of these renovating proposals will also be pointed out and interpretative keys that could favor the development of studies on communism as an area of ​​interdisciplinary dialogue will be proposed.
