Resumen de Re-incorporación laboral en pandemia covid-19

La Re-incorporación laboral debe contar con ciertas características en tiempos contemporáneos con la pandemia Covid-19 cumplir con la seguridad de los trabajadores para poder ser eficaz y segura para la salud, se deben adoptar estrategias actuales para la implementación de protocolos de seguridad con medidas de ingeniería, organización laboral y administrativas, encaminadas en estar velando por la calidad de su resultado y adaptación del personal. El objetivo de este trabajo es dar a conocer la información disponible mediante un análisis riguroso para poder hacer una reincorporación laboral en cualquier institución que así lo desee y proponer una estrategia de cómo adaptar dichas medidas de seguridad. Se realizó una revisión documental en diferentes fuentes como Google Scholar, Dialnet analizando y recopilando la información pertinente al tema de interés. Se analizaron 8 documentos específicos sobre la pandemia COVID y el área laboral, de los cuales 4 cumplieron los requisitos para poder adaptarse a México. Se proporciona una propuesta de estrategia a seguir para poder hacer una reincorporación laboral adaptada al personal manteniendo la calidad de su seguridad.

Labor re-incorporation must have certain characteristics in contemporary times with the Covid-19 pandemic, comply with the safety of workers in order to be effective and safe for health, current strategies must be adopted for the implementation of security protocols with measures engineering, labor and administrative organization, aimed at ensuring the quality of its result and adaptation of the staff. The objective of this work is to publicize the information available through a rigorous analysis in order to be able to make a return to work in any institution that so wishes and to propose a strategy on how to adapt said security measures. A documentary review was carried out in different sources such as Google Scholar, Dialnet, analyzing and compiling information pertinent to the topic of interest. 8 specific documents on the Covid pandemic and the labor area were analyzed, of which 4 met the requirements to be able to adapt to Mexico. A proposed strategy is provided to be followed to be able to carry out a work reintegration run adapted to the personnel while maintaining the quality of their safety.
