  El tema del derecho al medio ambiente es abordado en este artículo de reflexión, teniendo como objetivo demostrar la importancia de este derecho a lo largo de la historia constitucional argentina, así como sus avances en materia de reconocimiento en la Carta Política, la nomoárquica que lo rige, los aportes en aspectos de justiciabilidad nacional e internacional y los retos que exige el reconocimiento pleno de este importante derecho en el siglo XXI.

  The topic of the right to the environment is addressed in this reflective article, aiming to demonstrate the importance of this right throughout Argentina’s constitutional history, as well as its advancements in terms of recognition in the Political Charter, the normative framework that governs it, contributions in national and international justiciability aspects, and the challenges posed by the full recognition of this important right in the 21st century.
