Resumen de Norma ISO 9001 aplicado en las microempresas para mejorar sus rendimientos

  Las microempresas se han ido expandiendo y se han ido creando muchas con el paso del tiempo, estas se han vuelto importantes para la economía de los países por lo diversos ingresos que generan, pero sobre por la creación de empleos la cual ayuda a que la economía pueda seguir circulando y deje de haber desempleo, pero el tener una microempresa no es tarea fácil ya que deben de cumplir con leyes y normas para poder operar de una manera correcta, pero sobre todo eficiente aquí es donde se aplican las normas ISO sobre todo la  9001 que es la que trata sobre la calidad con la cual se busca el ofrecer productos y servicios de las empresas que sean buenos , eficientes y como ya se mencionó anteriormente de calidad, el tener productos de calidad habla sobre que la empresa se preocupa por el bienestar de estos pero sobre todo el poder satisfacer de una manera adecuada las necesidades de los clientes. En esta investigación se abordará como el aplicar la NORMA ISO 9001 ayuda a que las microempresas mejoren sus rendimientos y ofrezcan una mejor calidad en sus productos para poder satisfaces de una manera adecuada las necesidades de las personas.

  Microenterprises have been expanding and many have been created over time, these have become important for the economy of the countries because of the various income they generate, but above all because of the creation of jobs which helps the economy to continue circulating and stop unemployment, but having a microenterprise is not an easy task since they must comply with laws and regulations to be able to operate in a correct way, but above all efficient here is where the ISO standards are applied especially the 9001 which is the one that deals with the quality with which it is sought to offer products and services of the companies that are good, efficient and as mentioned above of quality, having quality products speaks about the company caring about the well-being of these but above all being able to satisfy in an adequate way the needs of customers. This research will address how applying iso 9001 helps microenterprises improve their yields and offer better quality in their products to be able to adequately meet the needs of people.
