  El objetivo de la presente investigación es presentar cinco variables que elementos que puedan fortalecer el derecho a una vida libre de violencia en el ámbito educativo y laboral para las mujeres que integran los Centros Públicos del CONAHCYT. Dichas recomendaciones emanan de la pertinencia de normas, estándares y guías técnicas que responsan a las actuales demandas sociales de la población en cuestión. La metodología será la clásica del ámbito jurídico, es decir cualitativa con abordajes ontológicos de los feminismos y los derechos humanos. Al final se enuncian algunas propuestas para garantizar el derecho a la educación y entornos laborales libres de violencia de género.

  The objective of this research is to present five variables that are elements that can strengthen the right to a life free of violence in the educational and work environment for women who make up the CONAHCYT Public Centers. These recommendations emanate from the relevance of norms, standards and technical guides that respond to the current social demands of the population in question. The methodology will be the classic one from the legal field, that is, qualitative with ontological approaches to feminisms and human rights. At the end, some proposals are stated to guarantee the right to education and work environments free of gender violence.
