    Conocer los índices de acreditación y no acreditación, y los datos de los estudiantes que han cursado la asignatura de Cálculo diferencial, permiten establecer estrategias de acción con la finalidad de disminuir los índices de reprobación; Por lo general, el docente culpa al estudiante de su falta de interés en la materia; por otra parte, el estudiante culpa al docente de su falta de estrategias de enseñanza aprendizaje; lo cierto es que en el caso de los estudiantes de Ingeniería en Gestión Empresarial, se presentan los datos reales estadísticos relacionados con la asignatura, para poder establecer acciones que coadyuven en la disminución del índice de reprobación y con ello, se incremente la eficiencia terminal de los estudiantes de IGE.

    Knowing the accreditation and non-accreditation rates, and the data of the students who have taken the Differential Calculus subject, allow us to establish action strategies in order to reduce the failure rates; In general, the teacher blames the student for his lack of interest in the subject; on the other hand, the student blames the teacher for his lack of teaching-learning strategies; The truth is that in the case of Business Management Engineering students, the real statistical data related to the subject is presented, in order to establish actions that help reduce the failure rate and thereby increase the terminal efficiency of IGE students.
