Este trabajo tiene como objetivo analizar la región de la Costa Verde en el contexto de Río de Janeiro en torno a cuestiones de especialización y reestructuración productiva, así como a la diversificación de sectores productivos. Se utilizó un enfoque cuantitativo seguido de un análisis descriptivo de los datos recolectados, calculando así el Cociente Localizador (CL) de las actividades económicas en la región de la Costa Verde, en el estado de Río de Janeiro. Los resultados mostraron una concentración poblacional en el área urbana de la región, con una estructura productiva concentrada en el sector servicios y mayor capacidad de generación de empleos. Además, los resultados demuestran que el subsector Industria de Materiales de Transporte, seguido de los subsectores Servicios Públicos, Alojamiento y Comunicaciones, Comercio Minorista y Administración Pública, fueron las actividades que generaron más empleos formales, evidenciado por el valor del Cociente Localización (QL). ) en 2022, respectivamente, de 13,1321, 2,5440, 1,3738, 1,1344 y 1,2807. Estas actividades absorben la mayor parte de la fuerza laboral en los municipios analizados, contribuyendo a su desarrollo.

This work analyze the Costa Verde region in the context of Rio de Janeiro with regard to issues of specialization, productive restructuring and the diversification of productive sectors. A quantitative approach was used followed by a descriptive analysis of the data collected, thus calculating the Locational Quotient (QL) of economic activities in the Costa Verde region, in the state of Rio de Janeiro. The results showed a population concentration in the urban area of the region and the productive structure concentrated in the services sector and a greater capacity to generate jobs. The results demonstrate too that the Transport Material Industry subsector, followed by the Public Utility Services, Accommodation and Communications, Retail Commerce and Public Administration subsectors, were the activities that generated the most formal jobs, evidenced by the value of the Locational Quotient (QL) in 2022, respectively, of 13.1321, 2.5440, 1.3738, 1.1344 and 1.2807. These activities are the majority of the workforce in the municipalities analyzed, contributing to their development.

Este trabalho visa analisar a região da Costa Verde no contexto do Rio de Janeiro no que tange às questões de especialização e reestruturação produtiva, bem como a diversificação dos setores produtivos. Utilizou-se uma abordagem quantitativa seguida por uma análise descritiva dos dados coletados, calculando assim o Quociente Locacional (QL) das atividades econômicas da região da Costa Verde, no estado do Rio de Janeiro. Os resultados apresentaram uma concentração populacional na zona urbana da região, com uma estrutura produtiva concentrada no setor de serviços e uma maior capacidade de geração de empregos.
