    Para tratar sobre Inteligencia Emocional y Habilidades Sociales, nos remontamos ya al siglo pasado en el que se comenzó a estudiar e investigar sobre los mismos. Dentro del concepto inteligencia emocional debemos atender tanto a factores internos como externos. Por otro lado, cuando nos referimos a habilidades sociales, debemos destacar la comunicación. También debemos de mencionar factores cognitivos, asertividad y autoestima. Todos ellos son clave a la hora entender su significado.

    In order to deal with Emotional Intelligence and Social Skills, we go back to the last century when the study and research on them began. Within the concept of emotional intelligence, we must take into account both internal and external factors. On the other hand, when we refer to social skills, we must highlight communication. We must also mention cognitive factors, assertiveness and self-esteem. All of them are key when it comes to understanding its meaning.
