Resumen de Plan de cuidados de enfermería en paciente con infarto agudo de miocardio (IAM)

  Mujer acude con un cuadro de dolor centrotorácico opresivo irradiado a ESI cortejo vegetativo acompañante motivo por el acude a Urgencias, donde se realiza ECG que muestra supra-desnivelación ST anterior. Con diagnóstico de SCACEST se activa Código IAM, se administra carga AAS y Ticagrelor.

  Tratamiento inicial recibido en urgencias:

  03: 17 horas: AAS 250 mg v.o. (vía oral).

  03: 19 horas: Solinitrina 50 mg en 500 SG AL 5% a 10 ml/hora.

  03: 21 horas: 180 ticagrelor v.o.

  03: 28 horas: Cloruro mórfico 3 mg IV (intravenoso).

  A woman presents with a condition of oppressive central thoracic pain radiating to ESI accompanying vegetative cortex, which is why she goes to the Emergency Room, where an ECG is performed that shows anterior ST supra-segmentation. With a diagnosis of STEACS, the AMI code is activated, AAS and Ticagrelor are administered.

  Initial treatment received in the emergency room:

  03:17 hours: AAS 250 mg PO.

  03: 19 hours: Solinithrin 50 mg in 500 SG AL 5% at 10 ml/hour.

  03:21 hours: 180 ticagrelor v.o.

  03:28 hours: Morphic chloride 3 mg IV.
