Resumen de Plan de cuidados de enfermería en paciente con disnea y enfermedad respiratoria crónica

  Paciente con 86 años con Carcinoma broncogénico escamoso PDL1 negativo y gen EGFR no mutado T2aN0M0, tratado con radioterapia (fin 23/02/24) y además en 2021 tuvo un ingreso prolongado por COVID con neumonía y con oxigenoterapia de alto flujo (OAF) durante 12 meses. Paciente con estos antecedentes descritos, es derivado por su médico de atención primaria por aumento de la disnea, fiebre, auscultación patológica y empeoramiento del estado general. El paciente refiere astenia, odinofagia, disnea a medianos esfuerzos y expectoración blanquecina. Portador de oxígeno nocturno y por el día únicamente si sale a la calle a 2 l/min. En estos últimos días, lleva el oxígeno 24 horas al día 3l/min. Finalmente, es ingresado en la planta de Medicina Interna.

  An 86-year-old patient with PDL1-negative squamous bronchogenic carcinoma and non-mutated EGFR gene T2aN0M0, treated with radiotherapy (end 23/02/24) and also in 2021 had a prolonged COVID hospital stay with pneumonia and high-flow oxygen therapy (HFO) for 12 months. Patients with these described antecedents were referred by their primary care physician due to increased dyspnea, fever, pathological auscultation, and worsening of general condition. The patient complained of asthenia, odynophagia, dyspnea on medium exertion, and whitish expectoration. Carrier of oxygen at night and during the day only if you go outside at 2l/min. In these last days, it carries oxygen 24 hours a day 3l/min. Finally, he was admitted to the Internal Medicine floor.
