    Varón de 63 años que acude a urgencias por debilidad generalizada y diarrea de 3 días de evolución. Realiza deposiciones líquidas marronáceas-amarillentas sin productos patológicos con una frecuencia horaria. Refiere náuseas y no sabe precisar el número de vómitos, pero al menos 2 en las últimas 24 horas. Refiere dolor abdominal mesogástrico.

    Antecedentes personales de VIH con irregular cumplimiento terapéutico y, pese a ello, aceptable control inmunovirológico. Virus de la Hepatitis C (VHC), Virus de la Hepatitis B (VHB), EPOC tipo enfisematoso en seguimiento por Neumología, psicosis secundaria a Triumeq. Niega consumo de tóxicos actualmente y aceptable cumplimiento terapéutico. Vive con su mujer y su hermana en domicilio. Fumador de 15 cigarros al día. No consumo de alcohol. Su hermana refiere buen control de sintomatología psiquiátrica desde el tratamiento. Refiere consumo aleatorio y errático del resto de tratamiento. Labilidad emocional con tendencia a la agresión verbal en domicilio.

    A 63-year-old man presented to the emergency department with generalized weakness and diarrhea for 3 days. Performs brownish-yellowish liquid stools without pathological products with an hourly frequency. She reports nausea and does not know how to specify the number of vomiting, but at least 2 in the last 24 hours. She reported mesogastric abdominal pain.

    Personal history of HIV with irregular therapeutic compliance and, despite this, acceptable immunovirological control. Hepatitis C virus (HCV), hepatitis B virus (HBV), emphysematous COPD under follow-up by pulmonology, psychosis secondary to Triumeq. He denies current consumption of toxic substances and acceptable therapeutic compliance. He lives with his wife and sister at home. Smoker of 15 cigarettes a day. No alcohol consumption. His sister reports good control of psychiatric symptoms since treatment. He reported random and erratic consumption of the rest of the treatment. Emotional lability with a tendency to verbal aggression at home.
