  Mujer con 22 años, que acude con cuadro agudo de dolor torácico izquierdo y tos seca. No febrícula previa, no expectoración, no pérdida de peso ni apetito. No trabaja en el momento actual, ha estado trabajando de camarera. Vive con su madre y sus hermanos.

  Ingreso hospitalario por Tuberculosis pulmonar hace 2 años, bacilífera +++ con cepa multisensible y sobreinfección bacteriana por Haemophilus influenzae. Compruebo en HCE que sólo recogió tratamiento con Rimstar (R+H+P+E) para dos meses. No hay seguimiento en consultas externas de neumología al alta desde abril de ese mismo año, porque no acudió, tampoco hubo seguimiento en atención primaria. Lo hablo con la paciente y dice no haber recibido citaciones al respecto. En HCE constan 4 domicilios diferentes, que podría ser la causa de la dificultad de seguimiento. La paciente reconoce que sólo tomó 2 meses de tratamiento.

  Hospital admission for pulmonary tuberculosis 2 years ago, smear +++ with multisensitive strain and bacterial superinfection with Haemophilus influenzae. I checked in the EHR that he only picked up treatment with Rimstar (R+H+P+E) for two months. There is no follow-up in pulmonology outpatient clinics upon discharge since April of that same year, because he did not attend, nor was there follow-up in primary care.
