El turismo agroecológico emerge como una estrategia prometedora para el desarrollo local, impulsando la creación de empleos y la construcción de comunidades más resilientes y sostenibles. En este contexto, generar oportunidades de empleos verdes mediante la ruta turística agroecológica Finca El Coporo, en el asentamiento rural La Legua, Parroquia San Silvestre, Municipio Barinas, Venezuela, se presenta como una oportunidad para provocar un impacto positivo en la región. Para ello, se ha realizado un diagnóstico exhaustivo del territorio, identificando sus potencialidades turísticas y diseñando un producto turístico atractivo. La metodología empleada se basó en la investigación acción participativa, involucrando activamente a la comunidad en el proceso de diseño de la ruta. En conclusión, la creación de empleos verdes a través de la ruta turística agroecológica no solo contribuirá al desarrollo económico de la comunidad local, sino que también fomentará la conservación del medioambiente, la promoción de prácticas sostenibles y el fortalecimiento de la identidad cultural de la región. Es importante que se establezcan políticas y programas de capacitación para garantizar que los empleos creados sean de calidad, inclusivos y respetuosos con el entorno.

Agroecological tourism emerges as a promising strategy for local development, promoting job creation and the construction of more resilient and sustainable communities. In this context, generating green job opportunities through the Finca El Coporo agroecological tourist route, in the rural settlement La Legua, San Silvestre Parish, Barinas Municipality, Venezuela, is presented as an opportunity to cause a positive impact in the region. Toachieve this, an exhaustive diagnosis of the territory has been carried out, identifying its tourist potential and designing an attractive tourist product. The methodology used was based on participatory action research, actively involving the community in the route design process. In conclusion, the creation of green jobs throughthe agroecological tourism route will not only contribute to the economic development of the local community,but will also promote environmental conservation, the promotion of sustainable practices and the strengtheningof the cultural identity of the region. It is important that policies and training programs are established toguarantee that the jobs created are of quality, inclusive and respectful of the environment.
