  La IAL es una herramienta de trabajo que puede aportar mucho a la justicia penal. Pero jamás sustituirá la decisión del juez humano que maneja mucho más que datos. Los factores que ha de sopesar son irreductibles a datos. Si confiamos la acción de juzgar a las máquinas no se equivocarían, pero no harían justicia. Exactitud no es igual a Justicia.

  IAL is a work tool that can greatly contribute to criminal justice. However, it will never replace the decision of a human judge, who handles much more than just data. The factors that must be weighed are irreducible to mere data. If we entrust the act of judging to machines, they might not make mistakes, but they would not deliver justice. Accuracy is not the same as justice.
