Resumen de Entre música y diáspora: la producción artística del gallego Enrique Lens Viera en la memoria colectiva linqueña

El siglo XIX español produjo significativos artistas de la música gallega, entre ellos Enrique Lens Viera, quien colaboró sustancialmente al desarrollo cultural de Galicia. No obstante, en 1908 se trasladó a la ciudad de Lincoln/Argentina, donde estableció su residencia y contribuyó a la construcción de la memoria colectiva de esta región mediante la elaboración de cuatro composiciones. Este artículo, basado en el método de la investigación histórica, tiene por objetivo realizar un breve análisis general de las cuatro obras que Enrique Lens Viera elaboró en tierras americanas, para así ubicarlo como parte indispensable del patrimonio artístico de esta región.

The Spanish nineteenth century produced significant artists of Galician music, among them Enrique Lens Viera, who collaborated substantially in the cultural development of Galicia. However, in 1908 moved to the city of Lincoln/Argentina, where he established his residence and contributed to the construction of the collective memory of this region by elaborating four compositions. This article, based on the method of historical research, aims to make a brief general analysis of the four compositions that Enrique Lens Viera elaborated in American lands, to place it as an indispensable part of the artistic heritage of this region.
