    Este artículo analiza la reforma aprobada por la Ley 11/2023, de 8 de mayo, impulsando la digitalización del Registro de la Propiedad y creando un registro totalmente electrónico. Con esta ley se aprueba la reforma más importante en los últimos años de la Ley Hipotecaria, así como de diversa legislación relacionada con el ámbito registral. Dentro de este análisis se destaca el gran avance que ha supuesto esta reforma legal sobre esta institución pública y se estudian de manera pormenorizada las diversas herramientas tecnológicas que se van a poner a disposición del Registro de la Propiedad y como se verá afectado el funcionamiento interno de esta institución. El Registro pondrá a disposición del ciudadano sus servicios jurídicos de una manera totalmente electrónica, sin verse disminuida la seguridad jurídica que viene proporcionando a la sociedad a lo largo de su historia.

    This article analyzes the reform approved by Law 11/2023, of May 8, promoting the digitalization of the Property Registry and creating a fully electronic registry. This law approves the most important reform in recent years of the Mortgage Law, as well as various legislation related to the registry field. Within this analysis, the great advance that this legal reform has brought about this public institution is highlighted and the various technological tools that are going to be made available to the Property Registry are studied in detail and how will the internal functioning of this institution be affected. The Registry will make its legal services available to citizens in a completely electronic manner, without diminishing the legal security that it has been providing to society throughout its history.
