    Desde la creación de la Revista Perspectivas en Inteligencia en 2009 como un medio interdisciplinario de divulgación de conocimiento y productos investigativos realizados por la Escuela de Inteligencia y Contrainteligencia “BG. Ricardo Charry Solano” (ESICI) junto con otras instituciones nacionales e internacionales, se ha procurado continuar con el legado académico de generar no solo producción científica con altos estándares de calidad sino también convertirse en una herramienta de consulta para los tomadores de decisión.

              Por tal motivo las publicaciones, si bien se han orientado a un área epistemológica de conocimiento en la que se integran la Inteligencia y la Seguridad y Defensa, asimismo se han incluido de manera transversal nuevos tópicos de estudio sobre los cuales progresivamente se ha ido articulando la revista hasta el punto de añadir publicaciones que enmarcan el estado actual de temas de discusión, debates y problemas que conciernen a la economía, la historia, la filosofía, la administración, el desarrollo tecnológico, etc. Así, surge un interés por ofrecerle al público académico una compilación de productos científicos que contribuyan a la comprensión holística de las transformaciones que aquejan el mundo contemporáneo y, sobre todo, que permitan explorar desde una perspectiva diferencial la compleja realidad glocal.

    Since the creation of the Perspectives in Intelligence Journal in 2009 as an interdisciplinary means of dissemination of knowledge and research products conducted by the School of Intelligence and Counterintelligence "BG. Ricardo Charry Solano" (ESICI) together with other national and international institutions, has sought to continue with the academic legacy of generating not only scientific production with high quality standards but also to become a reference tool for decision makers.

              For this reason, although the publications have been oriented to an epistemological area of knowledge in which Intelligence, Security and Defense are integrated, new topics of study have also been included in a transversal manner, on which the journal has been progressively articulated to the point of adding publications that frame the current state of discussion topics, debates and problems concerning economics, history, philosophy, administration, technological development, etc. Thus, an interest arises in offering the academic public a compilation of scientific products that contribute to the holistic understanding of the transformations that afflict the contemporary world and, above all, that allow exploring the complex glocal reality from a differential perspective.
