    Con humildad, pero con gran satisfacción se pone en conocimiento y a disposición de la comunidad académica de la Escuela de Inteligencia y Contrainteligencia, así́ como de la comunidad académica nacional e internacional, el N.º 17 de la revista Perspectivas en inteligencia, dando así a conocer los resultados de la discusión académica que se viene suscitando entre los miembros del Centro de Investigaciones de la Escuela de Inteligencia y Contrainteligencia, en colaboración conjunta con los investigadores de otros centros e instituciones de educación superior.

    With humility, but with great satisfaction, the 17th issue of the journal Perspectivas en inteligencia is made available to the academic community of the School of Intelligence and Counterintelligence, as well as to the national and international academic community, thus making known the results of the academic discussion that has been taking place among the members of the Research Center of the School of Intelligence and Counter intelligence, in joint collaboration with researchers from other centers and institutions of higher education.
