  Varón de 35 años que acude a urgencias tras un accidente laboral. Sufre mucho dolor, limitación funcional y deformidad. Tras un exhaustivo análisis del caso, el médico de urgencias diagnostica rotura completa de tendón del bíceps. Se realiza ingreso con programación eventual de cirugía reparadora. Tras esto se procede a la inmovilización del miembro y al alta una vez se cumplieron los criterios.

  A 35-year-old man comes to the emergency room after an accident at work. He suffers from severe pain, functional limitation and deformity. After an exhaustive analysis of the case, the emergency physician diagnosed a complete rupture of the biceps tendon. The patient was admitted with possible scheduling of reconstructive surgery. After this, the limb was immobilized and the patient was discharged once the criteria were met.
