    Se presenta un estudio de la espiritualidad martiana y los rasgos que fundamenta su coherencia ética y estética. La insistente comunicación de los estudiantes con expresiones artísticas que no se ajustan directamente a los objetivos educativos, precisa que los docentes contribuyan a formarles una cultura artística que les permita un posicionamiento crítico ante el arte y la sociedad, coherente ética y estéticamente. Al definir y argumentar la espiritualidad martiana y sus rasgos, se propicia incorporarlos al proceso de formación de la identidad cultural artística del estudiante. Se realizó un estudio cualitativo, utilizando métodos teóricos: análisis- síntesis, inducción- deducción, en el proceso de reflexión, definición y argumentación. El resultado contribuye a solucionar la incoherente relación entre los valores éticos y estéticos que se manifiestan en tos estudiantes en sus preferencias y apreciación del arte.

    A study of Marti's spirituality and the traits that support its ethical and aesthetic coherence are presented. The access that students have to texts that do not always conform to educational objectives; requires that teachers contribute to form an artistic culture that allows them an ethically and aesthetically coherent critical position, before art and society. By defining and arguing Marti's spirituality and its features, it is encouraged that they be incorporated as knowledge and skills in the process of formation of the artistic cultural identity of the university student. Theoretical methods are used: analysis and synthesis, induction-deduction in the definition and argumentation process. The result contributes to solve the incoherent relationship between the ethical and aesthetic values that are manifested in the students in their preferences and appreciation of art.
