The most recent case law of the Court of Justice of the European Un-ion has a double face, relating to the figure of the «non-permanent worker of indef-inite duration». On the one hand, that relating to the «non-permanent worker of indefinite duration» with a labor legal nature, with respect to which it is not appro-priate its automatic assimilation to a regular worker. On the other hand, that relating to «non-permanent indefinite worker of indefinite duration» with an administra-tive legal nature, a matter that has definitively escaped from the hands of the Social Chamber of our Supreme Court, as the Administrative Chamber of the own Su-preme Court will have to definitively rule on the matter.
