    El objeto del presente artículo es analizar la resolución judicial dictada por el Tribunal Superior de Bogotá, Sala Mixta, de fecha 6 de octubre de 2023 (MP: D. Carlos Andrés Guzmán Díaz) y por el Tribunal Administrativo de Santander, de fecha 26 de enero de 2024 (MP: Dª. Claudia Ximena Ardilla Pérez) para atender al concepto de familia multiespecie, su implicación y protección, en comparación con otras resoluciones judiciales dictadas en España, como la Sentencia dictada por la Audiencia Provincial de Vigo, Sección 6ª, de fecha 3 de noviembre de 2023 y Sentencia dictada por la Audiencia Provincial de Barcelona, Sección 18ª, de fecha 11 de enero de 2024 (MP: Dª M. del Remei Verges Cortit), a raíz del cambio en el régimen jurídico del animal de compañía en el Código Civil.

    The purpose of this article is to analyse the judicial decisions of the High Court of Bogotá, Mixed Chamber, of 6 October 2023 (PP: Carlos Andrés Guzmán Díaz) and of the Administrative Court of Santander, of 26 January 2024 (PP: Claudia Ximena Ardilla Pérez), to deal with the concept of the multi-species family, its implications and protection, in comparison with other judicial decisions in Spain, such as those of the Provincial Court of Vigo, 6th Section, dated 3 November 2023, and of the Provincial Court of Barcelona, 18th Section, dated 11 January 2024 (PP: M. del Remei Verges Cortit), following the modification of the legal regime of pets in the Civil Code.
