    En el presente documento se analiza la Sentencia del Tribunal Europeo de Derechos Humanos Executief van de Moslims van België et autres c. Bélgica de 13 de febrero de 2024 que debate la eventual interferencia del bienestar animal en el derecho de libertad de religión, cuestión que se pone de manifiesto en los ritos musulmanes y judíos por los que se les da muerte a los animales.
