Resumen de Financiamento privado do sistema penitenciário e a ressocialização

  The theme of the prison system in Brazil is marked by the overcrowd­ing of prisons, which over time has shown alarming numbers. Faced with this problem, the objective of this work is to analyze whether the private financing of the penitentiary system is an alternative to, if not solve, at least minimize over­crowding and provide the rehabilitation of the detainee. Therefore, through the use of the deductive method, with the literature review on the subject in books, websites, scientific articles; it was found that with private financing, the prison population tends to reduce, either with internal work, with education and with instruments that provide better life expectancy. Such attitudes transform priva­tization into an alternative capable of resolving the problem of overcrowding and provide the rehabilitation of the convict.

  A temática do sistema carcerário no Brasil é marcada pela super­lotação dos estabelecimentos prisionais que com o tempo vem evidenciando números alarmantes. Diante desse problema, o objetivo deste trabalho é analisar se o financiamento privado do sistema penitenciário é alternativa para, se não resolver, pelo menos minimizar a superlotação e proporcionar a ressocialização do detento. Portanto, através da utilização do método dedutivo, com a revisão de literatura sobre a temática em livros, sites, artigos científicos; constatou-se que com o financiamento privado, a população carcerária tende a reduzir, seja com trabalho interno, com educação e com instrumentos que proporcionem expectativa de vida melhor. Tais atitudes transformam a privatização em al­ternativa capaz de resolver a problemática da superlotação e proporcionam a ressocialização do apenado.
