    La interpretación con perspectiva de género del art. 2.2.c) del Real Decreto 1369/2006, que regula los requisitos para acceder a la renta activa de inserción, en concurso con la interpretación evolutiva de los derechos humanos y los cánones hermenéuticos clásicos, permite equiparar la situación de víctima de trata de seres humanos con fines de explotación sexual a la de víctima de violencia de género y condenar al Servicio Público de Empleo Estatal a concederla a la mujer solicitante, garantizando de manera más completa su protección social.

    The gender perspective interpretation of the art. 2.2.c) of the royal decree 1369/2006, which regulates the requirements for accessing the active insertion income, in combination with the evolutionary interpretation of human rights and the classical hermeneutic canon, leads to an assimilation of the situation of victims of human trafficking for sexual exploitation and the concept of victims of gender based violence regarding access to the active insertion income and to sentence the State Public Employment Service to grant it to the applicant woman, guaranteeing her social protection more comprehensively.
