    El presente trabajo pretende realizar una descripción de lo que fue la Universidad, la presencia de la Iglesia Católica y los movimientos sociales durante el gobierno de Perón de 1946 a 1955. En esta línea, se buscará dar cuenta de cómo estas variables tuvieron efectos sobre la Educación Superior que incluso pueden ser rastreados hasta el día de hoy. Desde la gratuidad de la Universidad, las intervenciones de ciertos sectores eclesiásticos y políticos sobre las Universidades y los colegios, cómo así también pasando por los movimientos sociales de distintos tipos, muchos fueron los efectos del gobierno, la iglesia y la sociedad sobre cómo se desarrolló la educación en el país. Con puntos a favor y en contra del gobierno de Perón, este trabajo intentará dar cuenta de algunos ello.

    The present work aims to make a description of University, the Catholic Church and the social movements during Perón’s government from 1946 to 1955. In addition to this, this research aims to understand how these variables had effects on Higher Education that can even be traced back to today. From establishing the gratuity of University, to the interventions of certain ecclesiastical and political groups on Universities and schools, or even social movements of different types, there were plenty of influences that the government, the church and the society had on higher education in the country. With points in favour and against Peron’s government, this work intends to analyze some of them.
