Resumen de Superando desafios educacionais e pessoais: um relato de experiência da atuação do programa residência pedagógica no contexto pandêmico e gestacional

  O presente trabalho visa relatar a experiência de uma aluna do Programa Residência Pedagógica (PRP), inserida na Licenciatura em Química, durante um dos momentos mais desafiadores enfrentados pela educação contemporânea: a pandemia do Covid-19. O interesse em descrever os desafios, medos e angústias vivenciados pela acadêmica se deve ao contexto caótico imposto pela pandemia, somado ao fato de estar grávida, oferecendo uma perspectiva de superação de limites. A pandemia teve seu início em dezembro de 2019, na China, e foi declarada pela Organização Mundial de Saúde como uma pandemia global em fevereiro de 2020. Isso levou ao fechamento de fronteiras, suspensão de atividades comerciais, lazer, escolas e universidades. O isolamento social tornou-se a estratégia primordial para conter a propagação do vírus, causando um período inesperado e prolongado de alterações significativas no modo de vida, que se estendeu até 2023, com a disseminação das vacinas e a redução da transmissão do vírus. Por fim, a experiência obtida durante este processo tem contribuído para que a aluna pudesse, não só compreender o contexto da educação e ensino, por meio do ingresso no Programa Residência Pedagógica, mas também constatar a sua enorme força em superar limites e barreiras, pois, durante o processo pandêmico gerou-se em quase toda a população um sentimento de medo e angustia que foram superados aos poucos, com o avanço da ciência e no caso do relato acompanhado a acadêmica também passou por um processo de gravidez, que por si só, já gera muita insegurança em grande parte das mulheres.

  This work aims to report the experience of a student from the Pedagogical Residency Program (PRP), enrolled in the Chemistry Degree, during one of the most challenging moments faced by contemporary education: the Covid-19 pandemic. The interest in describing the challenges, fears and anxieties experienced by the academic is due to the chaotic context imposed by the pandemic, added to the fact that she is pregnant, offering a perspective of overcoming limits. The pandemic began in December 2019, in China, and was declared by the World Health Organization as a global pandemic in February 2020. This led to the closure of borders, suspension of commercial activities, leisure, schools and universities. Social isolation became the primary strategy to contain the spread of the virus, causing an unexpected and prolonged period of significant changes in the way of life, which lasted until 2023, with the dissemination of vaccines and the reduction of virus transmission. Finally, the experience gained during this process has contributed to the student not only being able to understand the context of education and teaching, through entry into the Pedagogical Residency Program, but also realizing her enormous strength in overcoming limits and barriers, as , during the pandemic process, a feeling of fear and anguish was generated in almost the entire population, which were gradually overcome, with the advancement of science and in the case of the report followed, the academic also went through a pregnancy process, which in itself, already generates a lot of insecurity in most women.
