    Desde las desigualdades y discriminaciones que enfrentan las mujeres en el mundo laboral remunerado, se aborda el tratamiento legal, administrativo y jurisprudencial al derecho de pre y postnatal en Chile, su adaptación a normas internacionales y un análisis comparado al mismo. Se destacan así las problemáticas y brechas aun existentes, pero desde un texto que pretende refundir los principales aspectos de este derecho maternal.

    From both inequalities and discrimination that women face in labour world, it deals with legal, administrative, and judicial treatment to maternity leave right in Chile, its adaptation to international rights and a comparative analysis of it.  It highlights the problems and gaps that still remain, but from a text which pretend synthesize the key aspects of this maternal right.
