    En el libro que tengo el honor de reseñar, el Dr. Matías Saidel realiza una contribución fundamental al campo de la teoría y filosofía política contemporánea. Allí, el reconocido politólogo y doctor en Filosofía –que se desempeña como Investigador Independiente del Consejo Nacional de Investigaciones Científicas y Técnicas (CONICET, Argentina) y como Profesor Titular de Filosofía Política de la Universidad Nacional de Entre Ríos (UNER, Argentina)– se ocupa con remarcable erudición de un problema de gran relevancia académica y de indisputable actualidad política: el de los vínculos entre la consolidación hegemónica del neoliberalismo como racionalidad de gobierno y el ascenso de las nuevas derechas radicales.
