    En este artículo abordaremos las formas en la que la analogía con “lo animal” ha acompañado históricamente la descripción de grupos subordinados. Esta construcción de una otredad marginalizada y no, o poco, humana que ha alimentado los imaginarios europeos en la conquista del “Nuevo Mundo”, persiste hasta nuestros días y se replica no sólo en los análisis que las elites criollas han realizado sobre los grupos indígenas, sino también sobre las clases sociales que, en nuestro continente, cargan con el estigma de lo indio, lo no-blanco, incivilizado. Así como la metáfora y analogía animal han servido para describir a estos sujetos racializados y atravesados por el estigma de clase, también ha actuado de estructura significativa para describir a la mujer y “lo femenino”. Es nuestro objetivo en este trabajo colaborar a las discusiones que ven en el análisis intereseccional un campo productivo y potente de conocimiento, no sólo académico, sino vital.

    In this article we will address the ways in which the analogy with "the animal" has historically accompanied the description of subordinated groups. This construction of a marginalized and “lees” or unhuman otherness that has fed European imaginaries in the conquest of the “New World”, it persists to this day and is replicated not only in the analyzes that the creole elites have carried out on indigenous groups, but also about the social classes that, in our continent, carry the stigma of the Indian, the non-white, the uncivilized. Just as the animal metaphor and analogy has served to describe these racialized subjects crossed by class stigma, it has also acted as a significant structure to describe women and “the feminine”. It is our objective in this work to collaborate in the discussions that see in the intersectional analysis a productive and powerful field of knowledge, not only academic, but vital
