Intelectuales políticos peruanos de los años 60. Una primera aproximación

    Pese a la rica tradición intelectual de la izquierda peruana cuyo punto más alto son las reflexiones de Mariátegui, la década del sesenta no ha sido analizada en la intersección que se genera entre los intelectuales y las propuestas políticas revolucionarias de este periodo. A diferencia de esto, la participación o tensión entre los intelectuales y el velasquismo y las reflexiones que se generaron en los 80 sobre la violencia y el actuar de Sendero Luminosos, si han tenido relevancia para la historiografía, sin embargo, creemos que esta aproximación ha destacado la subordinación del campo intelectual al político, en lugar de destacarlo como espacios integrados y en constante diálogo.

    Teniendo en consideración estos aspectos, el siguiente artículo tiene por objetivo analizar los vínculos y espacios de confluencia entre intelectuales y las guerrillas de los años sesenta en el Perú identificando las formas, los espacios y los protagonistas en esta relación.

    Este texto es una primera aproximación al tema como parte de un proyecto más amplio que busca analizar los espacios político-culturales en el país andino entre las décadas del sesenta y hasta el inicio de los años noventa.

    Despite the rich intellectual tradition of the Peruvian left whose highest point is the reflections of Mariategui, the sixties has not been analyzed in the intersection that is generated between intellectuals and the revolutionary political proposals of this period. Unlike this, the participation or tension between intellectuals and Velasquism and the reflections that were generated in the 80s on the violence and actions of the Shining Path have had relevance for historiography; however, we believe that this approach has highlighted the subordination of the intellectual field to the political one, instead of highlighting them as integrated spaces and in constant dialogue.

    Taking these aspects into consideration, the following article aims to analyze the links and spaces of confluence between intellectuals and the guerrillas of the sixties in Peru, identifying the forms, spaces and protagonists in this relationship.

    This text is a first approach to the topic as part of a broader project that seeks to analyze the political-cultural spaces in the Andean country between the sixties and until the beginning of the nineties.
